One of the ways I like to start my morning, especially if I have a lot on, is by thinking of 3 positive thoughts. These can range from being happy to having my health, the love of family or friends, or having set plans in motion to achieve my goals for that week - such as meal prepping or for my training to run smoothly. 

It can be anything, no matter how small, but it’s good to take the time to focus on these before you do anything else as this can set you up with a positive frame of mind and outlook. It helps me start the week strong and gives me that 5-minute pause before the day begins!

Try writing down three positive thoughts in your notebook this morning!
