SLEEP FOR DUMMIES - 1 HR WORKSHOP
In this session, Dr. Charlotte Elsworth-Edelsten will guide your team through a sleep workshop drawing upon her eight+ years of professional, clinical experience helping people of all ages learn to get the sleep they need.
MOVEMENT - 1 HOUR WORKSHOP
A 30 minute masterclass, followed by a 30 minute movement practice to consolidate and learn new techniques.
Depending on your workshop choice, you'll be guided through fundamental movement planes which can be employed daily to keep active and maintain focus.
Mobility and flexibility workshop
Mindfulness as a principle is paying purposeful attention to our present moment experience in a non-judgemental way; bringing with it benefits for stress management and emotional wellbeing.
FOUR WEEK COURSE
The four week course enables participants to dive deep into multiple mindfulness practices, equipping them with a strong understanding of the techniques. Each session provides the necessary time to practise and discuss how to manage thoughts and emotions in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

NUTRITION AND FITNESS CONSULTATION
Our thirty minute consultations provide employees with bespoke, one on one guidance and advice in nutrition or fitness. Whether it's training advice in the lead up to a fitness event, reaching a weight target or implementing a healthier diet - we believe everyone should have access to quality, science-backed information to help them achieve their goals.
Prior to consultations, we gather information from individuals so we can pair them up with the relevant MobFit trainer, specific to their needs. All consultations are followed up with a summary document, including monitoring and tracking tools.
Focusing on a relaxing head, shoulders & back massage, our massage therapist takes over a space in your office to relax and de-stress your team, whilst helping to alleviate any aches or pains. We provide either a half or full day bookings, and individuals will select a 20 minute time slot in which to receive their massage!
A deep tissue massage which addresses injuries or imbalances, returning you to sporting fitness!
This is great for those who have a sporty office and want to keep their people operating at a high level, on and off the pitch!
