Covering six different styles (Restorative, Rocket, Power, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa) and welcoming all abilities, our yoga classes are fantastic for building balance, coordination and mobility with many benefits for mental health too.

In this class we replicate that style of training during ‘fight camp’ which aims to condition the body through 3 minute rounds of body weight exercises.

We lead you on a warm-up jog to a local green space, where you'll be guided through the workout, finishing up with a jog back to the office.
This class is aimed at anyone looking to improve their running, whether you're building up to your first 5km or looking to break a sub 3 hour marathon!

The one hour, men-only class uses exercise to unlock a mindful connection for greater mental and physical well being.
SULC harnesses the power of the two elements, using techniques that allow participants to open up and feel comfortable quickly, whilst letting out aggression in a safe environment.


We can station one of our MobGroup coaches in your office gym for full or half days every week providing bookable, one on one training sessions to employees at a time that suits them within the working day.
