In this class we replicate that style of training during ‘fight camp’ which aims to condition the body through 3 minute rounds of body weight exercises.

Combining local running routes with reps of specific running exercises and drills that focus on the core and lower body, Run & Reps manipulates distance, speed and volume to keep the sessions varied. Prepare to unlock your next level of speed and endurance!

We lead you on a warm-up jog to a local green space, where you'll be guided through the workout, finishing up with a jog back to the office.

This class is aimed at anyone looking to improve their running, whether you're building up to your first 5km or looking to break a sub 3 hour marathon!

A combination of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga and sports conditioning performed to up-tempo music

Teaching you how to avoid or diffuse conflict, Jack, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor, will equip you with the necessary skills to deal with confrontations, whilst building your confidence through practical and easy to learn methods.

The first of its kind fitness class, Stiff Upper Lip Club (SULC), combines a tough physical workout interspersed with mental fitness exercises.

The one hour, men-only class uses exercise to unlock a mindful connection for greater mental and physical well being.
