Do you ever find you move on from one small win or one great experience to the next so quickly without taking time to appreciate what has just happened?

Do you rush that conversation with a family member, or take for granted that morning coffee you have every day?

It is easy these days to not savour these positive moments in our lives, and instead be drawn to some of the more negative moments or feelings.

The act of savouring has been shown to increase the intensity, duration, and appreciation of positive experiences and emotions, and therefore can positively impact both our mental and physical health, especially over the long term!
