Our mission is to make these hours as healthy, happy and rewarding as possible.

At MobGroup, we believe the workplace should improve the health and happiness of its employees.

We are determined to turn offices from health inhibiting to health enhancing environments.

Helping businesses to identify not just what the workforce want, but also what they need - If employees feel healthy, empowered and connected with their colleagues, they will thrive.

MobGroup's wellness ethos is formed from the innate needs of being a human; Move, Fuel, Mind. We believe that if these needs are understood, nurtured and prioritised they provide the foundation to improved performance.

Working closely with your business, we create a bespoke wellness programme that works for you, ensuring high levels of engagement and value.

MobGroup was founded after working in corporate jobs for years; lack of time and lack of emphasis on health and wellbeing in the workplace were two of the major reasons we struggled with our city jobs.

Frustrated with our working environment, we knew there were simple but important changes that could be made to improve employee wellbeing at work, and in-turn allow people to thrive at their jobs.

Established in 2016, and formerly known as MobFit, MobGroup has grown to encompass a complete wellness offering spanning fitness, mindfulness, nutrition and much more. We are proud to work with a team of talented wellness experts who are as passionate for improving the health and happiness of office workers as we are.

Mark Briant

Mark has always been a competitive athlete, playing semi-professional rugby for Blackheath RFC where he achieved ‘world class’ fitness rankings, and now competes in Crossfit. Prior to MobFit, Mark worked in banking so understands the challenges of juggling health and fitness with a demanding office job.

As well as being a personal trainer, Mark also has a passion for food and is a qualified BTN Nutritionist. He loves discovering new ingredients and combinations that not only taste great but fuel the body and mind for optimal performance. The world of nutrition is a confusing one and he helps clients simplify it, getting the best out of themselves.

Rob Smith

Rob began learning about fitness as a teenager. An unexplained hip injury caused him to walk with a severe limp for 5 years which led him to discover the gym and weight training during his teenage years. His passion for coaching grew after he founded a rugby team whilst at Manchester University, after the first year he handed over the coaching job to Mark!

Rob loves having variety in training, competing in triathlons, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, and ultra-marathons!

Away from MobGroup you might find Rob coaching his private clients, writing scripts, or playing with his daughter.

We pride ourselves on working with the best trainers, speakers and instructors who share our love of a healthy, happy workspace.

Animal Flow, Fitness & Sports Massage

Tanya has worked as a personal trainer for the last 6 years, primarily in North London. Training clients at gyms in the early days, then moving to their homes, but her favourite place is outside in the park!

When not training you will find Tanya in the woods, climbing trees and monkey-ing around. She has extensive Animal Flow and movement training, hence why she is the lead instructor for our 'Primal' class. Alongside the bodyweight moves, she also is a very good Olympic weightlifter and strength trainer. If that's not enough, she has also qualified as a sports and remedial massage therapist!

Hannah Rankin is a former IBO World Champ, and the first Scottish woman to become a world champion boxer!

Many typical ‘boxercise’ classes that you find in gyms teach very basic combinations with little to no technique coaching in the sessions, and it can be hard for attendees to develop their skills.

When Hannah runs her boxing class, not only are you receiving high-level boxing training, but the classes are created to develop in skill overtime so participants can see their skills progress. On top of this, you will finish the class a sweaty mess, as we all know boxers are some of the fittest on the planet!

Hatha Yoga

Jen completed her 200 hour training in California back in 2017. Her passion for yoga comes from a personal place where she wanted to become more aware of her mental wellbeing. Since then she has been sharing her love for yoga and mindfulness through teaching Hatha, by focusing on breathing and setting intentions. To her, yoga is accessible to all, and there as a tool to help improve your state of mind.

When Jen’s not teaching in Kent and London she likes bouldering, taking nature photography, and cooking up Italian food.

Alex started dancing before she could walk which became the foundation for her Power Yoga classes. Since becoming qualified she has developed a unique style that focuses on strength and mobility leaving you ready to fly back to the office.

Outside of the yoga-sphere Alex is a professional Pole Fitness instructor and performer. Human flags and 8 inch heels are a staple in her day to day life.

Her style of teaching brings a calm and focused energy, encouraging breath and visualisation to strive for a state o physical and mental harmony.

Starting her training at the age of eleven, Faye is a professional dancer, beginning her career at Elmhurst Ballet School and The Royal Ballet School, going on to complete at Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts where she studied with a full scholarship and gained a diploma in Musical Theatre.

Following her training, Faye has worked across the West End for the last 10 years, dancing in many shows, TV programmes and adverts including The Body Guard, Dirty Dancing, performing at the Royal Variety show for the Queen and The X Factor to name a few!
